Anyone here tried LAV CUVID Filter with MePo? It's quite smooth, but I can't play any AVC file... ¿? I'm trying 0.24 right now.

It don't know if it's a bit offtopic, but as Hoborg mentions it as cadidate for future SAF (for nVidia users, obviously)...

Ok for my understanding, in the new SAF 6 MPC-HC was the exchange against the LAV Splitter Splitter ? Right ? Do you have the LAV splitter set in ffdshow select or I have to do it myself? When i have installed your SAF 6 Codec pack I have to do something here ? Bluray Handler Plugin LAV Instructions

i think i found a bug in SAF 6 ;-) I have enabled ffdshow / passthrough in setup. But when it comes to automatic codec selection like in moving pictures for example it still selects LAV Audio Decoder as it seems to be preferred and then i have only stereo ;-( (example was an mkv with AAC 5.1 audio)

It sounds like an issue, i reportesd earlier, but it should be resoved with latest SAF ! Please take a look at post #30f -> Link!

Yes, this is becouse AAC cannot be passthrough.

Does this mean i have to update SAF? Or is there a fix avilable. You're right AAC can't be passthrough but it should stay 5.1 and not be outputted as stereo. With SAF5 it was still 5.1
