I can confirm ffdshow dxva decoder is not working well (bad stuttering). I had to switch to PDVD11. See my specs for more info.

Does anyone have MOV video that doesn't working with SAF6? For example from older digital cameras.
Since all my MOV samples working, i am thinking of removing QT source filter from SAF6.

I have HD videos from my CANON EOS 550 camera that do not work, I can try to add one of them this evening. The problem is that I do not get any sound.

I have an issue with a .mkv file! Playback of this file crashes MP, MPCHC and Graphstudio after ~ 25 sec! The .m2ts file of this movie is working fine! Debug Logs and SAF Logs are attached! First minute of this file i have uploaded to RS -> Sample

Hello Hoborg, i have installed onlinevideos plugin 0.29. on the install he will install FLV Splitter I've not installed with because your saf package have one included, i think ? And flv files but it can also play or ? ffdshow ought to flv can? Because among the options in onlinevideos under codec flv and mp4 and so on was empty. There stand no codecs in the line. Does it automatically by the SAF pack ?

LAVF will handle them without any problem, no need to install or configure anything.

There seems to be problem inside video itself. I will report it to MPC-HC team, but i doubt it will be fixed soon if ever

Is there any way for LAV to support profiles like ffdshow? The reason for my question is that I have a source (online videos/iplayer) that outputs volume a lot higher than other sources. I used to use ffdshow audio with a profile (detection based on directshow filter presence) to detect the FLV splitter and then reduce volume to 32% - worked really well

With LAV I can not see either:

1) A way to have profiles?
2) A way to identify the source (as its a common splitter for everything)?

If SAF6 can not do this, can I use PDVD11 codecs with SAF5? thanks?

Can you explain this directly to nevcairiel? Maybe ha have some ideas how to solve such issue.
