habs jetzt nur überflogen und nur bei describe 404 gesehen

die spec sagt dazu folgendes
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI.
Returned when requesting a stream with a streamID that does not exist.

der param stream=7 ist nicht bekannt und deshalb kommt dann Response mit 404 Not found
