Your channel URLs are strange:

Please change to:
rtsp://192.168.178.50/?src=1&freq=11348&msys=dvbs2&plts=on&fec=23&pol=v&ro=0.35&sr=22000&mtype=8psk&pids=0,6500,6510,6520,6530

...and try again.
If it doesn't work, please provide new log files.

[edit: Please also change the IPTV source log level to "data". You can find the setting in c:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\MPIPTVSource.ini. Stop the TV service first. The file can then be opened with any text editor. Change "LogVerbosity = 3" to "LogVerbosity = 5", save, close. Finally, start the TV service again.]
