    Hey Guys,

I have been away for months, so forgive me if i'm not upt o date and this has been covered/exists!

What I would love is a feature that would write any changes you make to a movie entry to a text file in the movie folder.
i.e. if I change "Live Free or Die Hard" to "Die Hard 4.0", then this would be written to a text file in the die hard movie folder.

Then, when re-importing movies, these text files would be read, and the custom data would be reloaded and overwrite what was parsed from IMDB/Online sources.

For me this would save a HUGE amount of time when re-importing movies.

    good to be back...

EDIT: hmmm I guess this could the same as issue 121?

Yes, Issue #121 is the one. This feature should be coming soon after the 0.8 release. We are planning to do smaller more frequent enhancement releases after 0.8...

For what it's worth though, beginning with 0.8 it will be possible to write scraper scripts that pull from the local file system. For example it will come packaged with an XBMC import script.
