Scan channels stopped working on Windows 10 (1 Viewer)

I´ve been watching TV with an HP PC and DVB-T AverMedia tuner for years with both MediaPortal and MediaPortal 2.
On May 20, 2018 it stopped working. I tried reinstalling MediaPortal 2, then MwdiaPortal but the TV Server doesn´t find the channels anymore. I get: 15tp-83400 8: No signal
16tp-842000 8:No signal
17tp-850000 8: No signal
18tp-858000 8:No signal
I suspect that an automatic Windows update and maybe a Security update is causing the problem by blocking access.
I tried disabling Windows Defender firewall and Noerton firewall.
I would appreciate to hear any idea to fix this problem.

I have the same experience.
Mediaportal was fine till version 1.19, but somewhere since 1.20 I can't scan or tune DVB-S/S2 channels anymore.
Tuner is a Digitaldevices Cine S2 - v 6.5 and worked great before in a 4 LNB Diseqc configuration.
Maybe a Windows 10 versus Mediaportal issue, though scanning is working in other software.
Tried many things such as installing older version Mediaportal, but it doesn't seem to help.
