Scan detects no channel (2 Viewers)

I have a Lenovo ideacenter dedicated as HTPC using Windows 10 upgraded from 8. The only software installed (other than installed with Windows 10) are: HDHomerun, VLC Media Player and MP2 Summer 15. I am able to see all unencrypted channels from TWC (Cleveland, OH) in HDHomerun View. But the MP2 TV config finds none, though in a few channels the signal strength and quality are great (as seen graphically when scanning). Don't know if a log file exists. Did not yet start MP2 as I see no point. Appreciate any help in resolving.
The PC serves as server and client and is the only system to watch TV.

I reviewed a few of the postings and decided to uninstall, delete the program and data folders and reinstall. I am attaching the install logs. When I ran the TV config I got no channels with clear QAM, all options - again. Many channels had a good signal strength and quality, for example channel 12 and 13. I also tried ATSC OTA, but with the cable. For channels 12 and 13, the message stated 'channel locked, ...', but got no channels in the final result. Any suggestion is appreciated.
