Scan doesn't work on Kworld ATSC USB Stick (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
Sorry if I do this wrong but I will correct and hunt down whatever data you need.

I just got a KWorld UB435-Q ATSC USB stick. It shows up in the TV Server config as "ATSC BDA 2870 TVTuner".

However, whenever I hit Scan For Channels it comes back with an error "physical channel:2 frequency:-1 modulation:Mod8Vsb: No Signal". It shows that line 67 or so times for each physical channel. This usb stick works in both the included software and on Windows Media Center.

Anyone have any ideas as to where I can start or what I can try? I'm stumped at the moment.

Alright, I ditched windows 7 after doing some research. I put XP SP3 back on and the tv tuner finally scanned and found channels! Woo hoo! Success!

Unfortunately, now when I try and Turn On TV from inside mediaportal, it just hangs. I have to force it to shut down. From the TV Server Configuration, I can occasionaly launch the preview and see the channel. However, most of the time it just pops up a black window with nothing in it.

I'm going to run through the requirements again tonight and make sure I've upgraded everything I need to.

Any other ideas?
