Scanning for channels with multiple tuners (1 Viewer)

I have several tuner cards, each having four tuners, on my MediaPortal TV Server.

I have set-up all of the tuners to point to the same country and region/provider.

I have just performed a scan on the first tuner and there were reported to be 5 new channels. All subsequent scans, on the other tuners, reported no new channels were added.

Do I need to run a scan for each of my tuners when there has been a channel change/new channels or will a scan on the first tuner apply channel changes to all tuners automatically?

No.

No.

While it is sufficient to scan channels on one tuner only, you will then need to map new/modified channels to all other tuners manually. Not a big deal though: one mouse-click per tuner.
