Scanning TV channels will not find all my channels (1 Viewer)

Innstalled 1.0.2 yesterday and scanned for tv channels, but it will not find all my channels.
Tried Antenna and Cable on "both" cards.

The Up and Down buttons shown here TV-Server/Configuration/TVChannels - MediaPortal Manual Documentation are not shown on my machine, is there something wrong here?

I try to manually add a channel with the freq that is on my tv, but then i get not mapped to a card. How do i do this?
Is this the only way to get the channels that MP will not find?

When i go to Edit channel my channel NRK1 has following parameters
Channel 8
Freq 0,00
Input type Cable
Country Norway
VCR blank
Video Source Tuner
Audio Source Automatic

When i look direct at my TV the channel is C 8 and the freq is 196MHz

I try to manually add a channel because MP will not find it.
It is channel C 12 and the freq is 224MHz
When i add a channel in MP with these parameters
Channel 12
Freq 0,00
Input type Cable
Country Norway
VCR blank
Video Source Tuner
Audio Source Automatic

I get preview failed:NoSignalDetected

Is there no way to add channels manually?

I have sent a mail to my cable provider and asked for the channel list
