Once I got my HDHomeRun and the Program Guide working and felt that my HTPC was good to go, I got all ambitious and started setting up a bunch of scheduled recordings through the Program Guide interface. Set up daily recordings for Oprah for my wife at 4pm while we're both at work, set up the weekly Star Trek special edition TOS shows that come on at 4am on Saturdays, and some other prime time HD shows that we never watch. Well, it's been a week and the dang thing has never recorded a single episode. My manual recordings show up in the appropriate Recorded TV area, but nothing else. No .dvr-ms files on any of my drives except those three "test" manual recordings.

I did uninstall TVServer, the plugin, and SQL server once I switched from my Hauppauge HVR-1600 to the HDHomeRun but besides this recording issue, I didn't think that switching from TVServer to TVEngine would impact my overall setup.

A little more info - today I set a scheduled recording (these have been scheduled for when nobody's home/awake) and turned on the set to observe what was going on about 10 minutes into the allocated time. MP was on the MyTV screen and the red "record" icon was next to the screen, but the part where the TV would display was black and "TV On" was not set to "On." Once I clicked it "On" another red "Rec" icon appeared and started recording.

So, apparently Scheduled Recordings isn't turning on the TV setting and thus nothing gets recorded. How do I alleviate this? Maybe the "Auto turn on TV" checkbox in the Setup > Television config screen?

Oh, the scheduled recording did end at the set time once TV was on.

Under config\tv could you test with the autoturn TV on when entering TV option enabled, do a timed recording and post logs if successful after that.

May be a bug, but no one else has come forward with this one.

    Thanks
