Scheduler - Repeat Epidodes, broken? (1 Viewer)

I've located on the TV-Server scheduler tab an option to not record repeat episodes but it doesn't seem to be working! As you see in the image, our local PBS shows the same episode three times a day and MP is recording all of them by incrementing the filename. Am I doing something wrong? Is this function broken?
