    Hello,

Now that MP is almost perfect (at least for me :D:D), i would love to see this latest small issues fixed,

I have a problem with scrambled radio stations, I believe it's an MPEG1 stream. I can see that the server is sending data.
But the Client isn't playing anything, will posts some logs later, if necessary.

    Cheers

    Louis

    Hmmm,

After some more testing it now seems to be playing. Only on the clients it takes about 18 second before starting, and on the server it starts playing after 3 seconds, if this is correct, just leave it, else if you developers find it a problem let me now and i will post some logs here.

    edit:

Still some more testing, sometimes the problem still occurs, one thing i see is that the clock is not always reset to zero, perhaps this is the cause of some irregularities.

    SO :sorry:

    Hi Paranoid Delusion,

I guess the first issue was related to some codec stuff, or perhaps the waiting was too long for me .....

But it still seems that 18 seconds is alot to start a radio channel, while a TV channel (scrambled or not) always starts in about 3 seconds on every client.

    Anybody any ideas ?

    Cheers

    Louis

    Hi,
For help on issues with start/stop/switch of streams logs are needed if not we're not able to help @ all & it's def not a proper bug report ;)

I'm still trying to generated some useful logging, but I keep getting stange situations, no audio at all, then some audio with delay, then audio with wrong time indications.

Will send logging when i'm sure its usefull, i will spend some more time tomorrow, hope to get some usefull logging then, sorry for the delay :-(

Logs are now attached, server log contains a larger period as client log, hope this gives some info, btw the scrambled and non scrambled channels now all start after 10-11 seconds, so it looks like they are the same now. But sometimes i get no audio at all :confused:

    cheers

    Louis
