Screen frezes at the beginning of DVD (1 Viewer)

I have a folder containing the Video_TS folder of a DVD.

When I start to play back, I first get a long time about 1 minute blank screen.
When I pressed Pauze the menu of the video apeared.

Then everything freezes No more response to any control.

Needed to kill MP via taskmanager.

I adden the LOG to this message


This was even worse for the WAF factor.

But I hold on With your help I will get it running stable I hope

I think, here's your problem. Take an other filter, e.g. PowerDVD ...

Hi I have no power dvd installed but selected FFDSHOWTRYOUT
It seems a bit faster now.
