I was watching a tv channel when a recording set in (a different channel). At that point the sreen went black. I could hear the sound from that other channel that was being recorded. MP wasn't running full screen and I could see that the caption of MP's window said 'OK dialog'. Obviously a dialog was shown. I had to press Previous button on the remote to go back to My Tv main and then I saw a dialog that all cards are busy (or something like that).

(The log could be a bit long, sorry for that).

Side note: after stopping the recording, timeshifting was still on. I didn't turn it on to begin with and it was very hard to make it stop. MP was verrry unresponsive at that point.
