The thing is the speed of rss news is slower than the other horizontal scrolling texts (example in setttings, movies, series) and sttuters a little bit, thats why i have changed one level (from 3 to 4) and didn't noticed any difference. Now i have changed to level 5 and it's a bit quicker, but the stuttering is even bigger.
