second card just for epg? (1 Viewer)

Hello i have a double tuner dvb-c card.
I tried to configure my system as follows:

Tuner 1 : no epg
Tuner 2 : epg when idle. epg when timeshifiting.

I want only the second uner to be used for timeshifting because avoiding stability issues. First tuner would be the one im wathcing tv on.

But when i go to manual control in tv server settings the second tuner doesnt begin to collect epg.

Only if i add epf to the first tuner the first immediatly starts collecting.

Any guesses?

I have found the same. I use a Digital Devices DuoFlex C/T. It seems to be impossible.
I have not found a solution.

Its Working!
Shame on me i just forgot to Map the Tv channels to the Second Card!

When you Scan for channels the found channels are only mapped to the Card with which you performed the search
