Seconds in Time display (1 Viewer)

Where can I get rid of displaying the seconds in the time in MP? eg display 10:00 AM instead of 10:00:30 AM. I have looked everywhere in the MP configuration but can;t find it. I am sure I saw the option before (and turned it on, now I want to turn it off)

I've just added a setting to the home plugin to switch the display of seconds on or off.
