Selecting TV in Homescreen (1 Viewer)

I'm having trouble when I select TV in the Homescreen/Main Window. When I click on the TV "icon" I get a text menu, but when I click on the text menu, the menu disappears and then nothing happens. It's only after random sequences of mouse clicks and pounding on the Enter key that TV finally starts. The other "icons" work perfectly.

Any assistance is always greatly appreciated.

I guess you're using the Titan skin?
Titan is not optimised for use with a mouse. If you want to use a mouse then try another skin (like the "Default Wide" skin), else use the keyboard.

I did not see a "Default Wide" in the list of skins.

Titan is the default; you should be able to select Default/Default-Wide (I know confusing!) during installation, though it may require you to select the custom/advanced install option (to get more choices).
After install you should be able to switch to Default Wide here:

You can also install other (3rd party) skins using the MediaPortal Extension Installer (link on your desktop or in your start menu Team MediaPortal > MediaPortal folder).
