hey i just wanted to say that i'm really looking forward to this tool, it looks really nice and a web based epg is always nice to have
I tried version 3.0.04 and it's giving me the out of memory error. The webpage just keeps on loading and never displays anything.
I then tried version 2.0.18, which works a little better. Everything pretty much works except the program guide. The keyword search works tho.
I've been wondering what the issue could be. Maybe there is too many date in the Program table? I have 70468 entries in that table. I'm using DVB-S and the EPG data broadcasted is for 7 days, on 714 channels.
Would it help if you could segment the program guide by days? I haven't had a chance to see what the program guide looks like once rendered on the website, maybe you already do that... Just a though!
Thanks for the great work!!
ps: is your software open-source also? it would be great if it was as it could be modified on a per-user base
Please try this new version and give me some feedback on the memory error...
I found a problem with the horizontal display, but I could not find any issues with the vertical display.
I have changed the display for weekly program so it will run on Firefox as well. Just click the channel NAME on the vertical guide to get a weekly program.
EDIT: I have a 'navigation' issue with Risu's html (which looks excellent btw). I have the guide showing 6 hours of programs, in the original html I have 4 radio boxes letting me choose the 6 hour block I want to see. This doesn't appear in the new design, I have to show all 24 hours to see all data (which is unwieldy to navigate).
Also when I go to Recorded programs I get this underneath the space left on the drives:-
"!!!CheckBox!!!Francesco's Mediterranean Voyage !!!WatchedImage!!! !!!CheckBox!!! Lewis !!!WatchedImage!!! !!!CheckBox!!! Taggart !!!WatchedImage!!! "
The html I have extra in the web interace manager is:-
"<table cellspacing = 1><tr><td>!!!CheckBox!!!</td>
<td nowrap align=left width="98%"><a !!!ToolTip!!! href="javascript:load('!!!RecordingId!!!')">!!!Title!!![35]</a></td>
<td align=right>!!!WatchedImage!!!</td></tr></table>"
