Sending pauze command via HTTP (1 Viewer)

I've been searching the board and looking at several plugins but did not find the right answer yet.

I want to be able to only pauze and/or play by a HTTP(S) command.

What is the simplest way to achieve this? Wifiremote? MPextended?
