[further infos missing] Series recording gets name of tv show that was running before (1 Viewer)

I detected a problem with tv series recordings when a pre-recording time is set:
Imagine "Ghost Whisperer" starting at 20:15 and "Castle" starting at 21:00. With a pre-recording time of for example 3 minutes the "Castle" recording gets the title, episode number and description of the "Ghost Whisperer" that was running before.

I have seen this behaviour too. Very anoiing if you cannot find your recordings and find it under the name of the program before it.
I will attach full logs later this day.
