Series' Specials (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I've noticed 'http://thetvdb.com' now has Series specials, as you can see here:
http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=75397&seasonid=22858&lid=24

Is it possible to get the specials to show under the TVSeries plugin?
I've tried for example: 'My Name Is Earl - Specialsx1 - Bad Karma And Earl Misadventure.avi' which doesn't seem to work.
But if I try 'My Name Is Earl - 0x1 - Bad Karma And Earl Misadventure.avi' the episode shows up under 'Season 0'.
It's not a big deal... But maybe there's a way to get this working?

Specials are handled as Season 0 internally, the website just renames "Season 0" to "Specials". I guess I could do the same in the plugin. You are correct that you should just rename them 0x01 or something.

There are two other fields that popped up, Airsbefore Season and Airsbefore Episode which I guess will be used to order specials as to where they were aired. If you run across an example where this is used let me know.

As for hebrew....I answered in the other thread.

We are working out a new way to handle specials - Season 0 has indeed been renamed specials but it does also have a few new things going on. See http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=73545&seasonid=5951&lid=7 or http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=79330&seasonid=16271&lid=7 for an example of where we are going with this. We will be talking with Inker and the authors for the other frontend plugins on how to implement this from the user/plugin perspective although you can always continue to use season 0 to keep specials completely separate.
