need some help with my server

i gonne buy a new server soon,

and i need help with some questions

i gonne use sbs2003 on the server with 4gb ,raid 0+1

what kind of tvcard should i use for this ?

and will mediaportal run on windows 2003 (sbs 2003)?

and how can get user connected in the network to connect to media center?

the best would be thru IE7 and just chosse whatever they wannt watch or play,

maybe iforgot something ,if soo. fill in it .-)
