I have setup TV server and MP using config settings. Seems to be working ok so far, TV works, but if I try to use set-up Wizard under settings from within MP it will not go past TV set-up (It finds Fire-TV BDA DVB-S2 card) but does not respond when I click on Next. looking at error log it seems that defs are not found for this card.

    erm....

are you sure that you use the TV-Server?
because in your log.zip i can not find any tv-server logs, or is it installed on a different PC ?

be aware that if you use the TV-Server, then the ONLY way to configure it is inside the "TV-Server Configuartion" application (see shortcut on desktop).

if you use the TV-Server, then the settings section and the wizzard inside MediaPortal should be dissabled.
because this is only for the old inbuild TV-Engine of MediaPortal.

Yes I am using TV server :). I uninstalled the old TV server prior to installation of RC1. I just ran another debug session and it seems that all the tv server logs are not being put into the debug log zip file. I checked the logs in TV server and moved the missing ones over to the attached zip. Neither the settings section nor the wizard are disabled in MP (xface skin) even though I installed a single seat set. I know that this is the same as per prior to RC1 I just thought that MP RC1 may have different behavior as the installer now knows what kind of config is setup.

    Hi,
Yeah seems like MP internal wizard doesn't disable TV part when using TV Server/TV Plugin.....
