I did a clean install of MP2 again. Suffer to no avail. Since it is a .NetFramework problem according to the log, I carried out a Windows repair. However, the error remains.

now i did a clean install with tv3.0. The error does not occur here.

Might be, that I can not reproduce the failure with TVE3.5 because I used the development environment.
It seems the the TVE3.5 plugin is missing a package/reference

@harryzwo it looks like our builds are missing a reference and therefore so is the installer. After you install the 3.5 version, look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server, there should be a file called Microsoft.Owin.dll, copy that file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Plugins\SlimTv.Service35 and restart the server and it should hopefully work.

I copied the DLL to the appropriate location and restarted the MP2 server. The stature goes to 'starting', but then stops again.

I checked my working installation and I found Microsoft.Owin.dll in following locations:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Plugins\SlimTv.Service35
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Plugins\SlimTv.Service35\SetupTv

Can you also check for the bold one and, if not available copy the file there.
Your failure seems related to the TV data base. Can you remove the file "MP2TVE_3.s3db" in "C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Database" and retry. If unsuccessful, hopefully @Brownard has a better hint.

The error was probably with the 'MP2TVE_3.s3db'. I deleted them and the MP2 server was started.

Now I wanted to perform a channel search with my IPTV server. All adapters were found, but the search does not start.

Have you bundled the DVB-S Cards into a hybrid container (see hybrid cards tab)?

The first error could be related to this. The second could be related to the first, but I'm not sure.
Somebody with more TV skills is asked here, I'm not using the TV feature myself.

Summarizing the SatIP-DVBS in hybrid cards is not possible. You will not be accepted.
