In RC3 and most recent SVN build, when starting SetupTV with the TVService not running, then SetupTV fails if the TVServer has been set to delay searching for TV cards for 60seconds. This was not a problem with RC2.

Attached to this post are my tv.log file and a PDF of a screenshot of the crash message from SetupTV.

Thanks

Still doing it for me every time.
Can you see the evidence of what's happening for me, in my log?

It seems that when you press Yes on the "The Tv service is not running. Start it now?" dialog, that SetupTV issues a start tvservice command.
This results in TVService going through until it says it is waiting for 60 seconds
About 15 seconds later SetupTV issues a restart TVService command, and then about 30 seconds later says it has failed. At this point it crashes with the dialog capture in the original posting.
About 15 later TVService detects the cards successfully and carries on fine.

Starting SetupTV whilst TVService is up and running works fine all the time
