New to this, so hope someone can help!

Given up on MCE. Wanted a better experience. Installation of both MP Server & MP Client complete OK (Am using MS SQL). During set-up of TV Server, I select the TV card and the local transmitter, initiate the scan and about 30 seconds later get pop-up "Setup TV has encountered and error etc..."

TV card worked OK in MCE.

Error log entry says:

"2009-02-19 20:03:03.046875 [DVB-T scan thread]: Exception : System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

I am having the same issue and can't figure out what went wrong. We don't watch much tv so I don't know when it started happening, but it was working a couple months ago. Anyways have you been able to solve the problem?
