Thanks ajp8164, those code changes above fixed the issue. When the SVN gets around to being updated and you provide a new patch I will give it another test.

Hi ajp8164, just wanted to know if you can include the fixes for the shadow feature in the latest public svn. I know you have a separate branch but it would be a shame to get just the fixes after MP1.1.0. The fixes im referring to are:

1. Labels containing shadows do not respect width property
2. Animations (such as fade) do not get applied to shadow

Dunno if it's possible and if it's much work but it would be nice to have shadows in textboxscrollup also.
And also my vote for including fixes in SVN.
