Hello.

I've bought a new Philips 47" FullHD LCD and I connected it to my laptop over a DVI to HDMI cable.
The picture shows in full HD native resolution and it's just stunning beautiful!
The problem occours as soon as I move the mouse cursor. The picture starts to shake up and down very slightly, like a pixel or two. The result is very annoying. As soon as I stop moving the mouse, the picture returns beautiful.

Is it TV's fault or is it my laptop?

Gear:
Philips 47" Full HD LCD TV, latest 2008 model
Dell Inspiron 9200 with ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 - 128MB, Centrino 1800, 1GB RAM

SOLVED!

The problem is in fact in the TV settings.
You have to go in the Define inputs setting and set the HDMI input to "PC". In this case the TV will not deinterlace the picture, so it will not shake.

Now the picture is perfect! Well, it leaves you with the interlaced picture, but you can't notice it from a normal viewing distance. You can as well use software deinterlacing.
