You need a browser that can view and edit the sqlite database then. Do a quick search in google

In the folder where you installed MediaPortal (C:\Program FIles\TeamMediaPortal) there is a sub folder called DOCS. Open this folder and there should be a file called SQLIteBrowser.exe. Double click this and a GUI should open. Select the database you want to edit, located in the SUb folder called Databases and go from there.
