Is there a easy way to update or do I have to deinstall my system and install a new version with all the configurationwork?

this is off-topic here but Wiki says that you should do a new clean install on every major update (like yours 1.0 to 1.1). Sorry.

any idea about languagefile? In my case MP 1.1.2 doesnt use German language. Still uses english.
Do I have to store shoutcast-languages.xml in a special folder?

shoutcast-languages.xml goes into C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Anwendungsdaten\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\language

I hope so.
I still like this plugin a lot but at this moment I only can play some stored favorite (if still on line)
The directory remains empty

I think server settings have changed again? But I have no clue which are the current ones.

Sorry, I was very busy... but I just lost my job... our new American owner found that 1 IT "manager" per plant (for 100 to 250 users per plant) is a to high cost, 5 centralized "managers" for 2000+ computers with help of locals company over the world will be better (Stupid financials).

So I will now have time (but I need restart to like IT first) :-/
