Unfortunately there is no way to go back to full screen (=Show GUI) with basic buttons on the remote control. Not everybody has teletext buttons. Left arrow is reserved for menu, "exit" takes you back in the file structure. I programmed Live TV button, but is it possible to make the function working right out of the box with North American MCE remote?
