Sorry if I'm stupid but I can only seem to find theaters in one city "Stellenbosch" for South-Africa. I have tried all sorts of combinations, but only "Stellenbosch" returns results. Where can I find a list of all the available cities for South-Africa?

Hi! Just discovered this plugin, and it seems neat, but...

I found my hometown, no problem there (Arendal in Norway) but when i hit 'Manual Download' i get the message: 'At least one of the theaters did not provide a complete listing for the required number of days'. I tried to expand the number of days to 7, but that just resulted in the 'At least one...'-message seven times...

If i try to launch the plugin within MediaPortal, i get some missing .xml files, but i guess that's because the problem above...?

i get that too with some theatres, it's just that the scraper website i think only has x number of days.

re: the missing .xml file -> make sure you have showtimesgui.xml in your current skin's folder, try with blue3 / blue3wide skin

Hello all,

Thank you for a fantastic plugin! Everything works great EXCEPT the playing of trailers. I have attached a screen print. Using BlackGlass skin and MP 1.1.0 Beta. Any suggestions? I have updated using both the files in the first post of this thread. Trailers inside my "online Videos" plug in works perfect. Not sure why this one keeps telling me no audio code. Trailers work find in "my trailers" plug in as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

sorry for a dumb question but in what part of the MP Configuration do I have to select the codecs for the showtimes videos ? I tried different codec configurations in the VIDEO part of MP Config. Is that right ?

I do have a picture but I can't get audio to work. The downloaded *.flv files work fine in VLC and QuickTime Player.

it's a codec problem
have you got a .flv splitter?
do you have adobe flash player for I.E installed?

Hey Nephilim, I am loving the option to select my own view (i.e. List) as default in Config. However, whenever I use Show All Movies, it reverts to the Icons view! How do I change that? Can I do it in the skin file?

I also wanted to thank you for downloading fanart using the movie name as it means I can just copy the fanart to my Video fanart folder and fanart just shows up for my movies when I install them (I use MyFilms). It's FANTASTIC! In MP 1.1.0 it will be even better cuz I can just reference the Showtimes Backdrops folder in my skin! YIPEE!
