I don't understand, the plugin search for a trailer link than is the mediaportal internal player that play it...

Will try again, and if it works correct now, will remove the trailer plugin button and use only the ShowTimes trailer button

No really, i like the trailers plugin integration (and your skins ) but it should be a user choice.

I'm not seeing any difference (backdrop folder in MTSA is empty) do I need to change any settings?

Try to reconfigure the plugin and doing a manual run of the MTSA first...

YES, the "Poster / Backdrop" - bug is fixed.
The folders are now full with pictures.

I tried that but still no change. For other reasons I will be doing a complete clean re-install of MP today, I will get back here again with the result and logs if necessary, once complete.

If possible would you post a screenshot showing the backdrops, just in case I am not seeing the wood for the trees

Following the clean MP reinstall there is still no change, I'm not seeing backdrops and the folder is empty.
