Weather and infoservice are not culprit.

Yes, despite the problems I am having with World Weather it was not effecting standby which is still working great for me
On the subject of World Weather if you get a chance would you try and add a new location via its configuration in MP1 Config. its not working (can't find anything) for me either on my HTPC and a new install on my desktop PC and it would be good to know if it is just me or not!

Only one city updated for weather.
Where I am actually.
Will see when I will be elsewhere if it's the same on my NUC.
Seems to be the city where we are physically wich is updated.
For sleep investigation, I just disabled process plugins (dvdart, FH, LMH, blabla...) to see what will happen with this boring behaviour.
