There really should be a place where orphaned projects can be colllected so anyone that wants to can pick up an existing project and continue to run with it.

Can you post up you settings for data collection so we can give them a try, maybe it's only a section that is tripping it up.

It's the MTSA that's throwing the exception, not the plugin as such...
