    Re: ShowTimes Plugin Suite V3

    Versione 3.0.1 Stable posted.
Should appear in the plugin section as soon as approved.
Should also be present in the plugin list of MP Extension Installer.

    Bye,
    Nephilim

It hasn't been approved yet, so i tried MPEI. But there is something wrong with the package.

"Can't locate the installer package. Install aborted".

I think you have wrong online location for mpe1 file and also, there is no update.xml URL..

Edit: I'm also hoping you can refresh change log :)

    Thank you m8

Very strange, it works perfectly for me.
Update.xml is online as well as the package mpe1.
    I don't understand.
    I'll try again.

    Bye,
    nephilim

Well, mpe1 location is set to "c:\Dati\...", so your local drive. I think that's wrong, must be on a network location...

    Yeah...
Should work now, update your online plugin list.
    :D

    Andrea,

    works fine now, :Thx:

Just one note: putting mta.exe on "c:\program files" make it impossible to be autoupdated for those using UAC. What if you ask for the path during install ?

    Re: ShowTimes Plugin Suite V3

I'm not sure what bugs you fixed so here I go with one of my testing sprees :)
Version used is v3.0.1 with MTSA 5.1.0. Logs are attached.

 When mtsa.exe needs to be updated, it is shown in black command prompt (not hidden). It's not usability bug but it's not nice. On normal mtsa.exe executions, when there is no update needed, it is hidden. : Unable to test for obvious reasons - mtsa didn't update :)

 For some movies (for example Sex & The City 2 or Croatian "Seks i grad 2") I get covers (perhaps fanart too) from old movie (Sex & The City) - don't know if it happens any more (that movie is gone): Unable to test for obvious reasons, unable to reproduce since the movie was shown in theaters, let's call this one busted

:) last movie never shown bug: Fixed

:) Option "Use multiple lines for the NextUpdate label" does not work. Label is always multi line, when checked or unchecked.. I have it unchecked so it should be one line. When opening MediaPortal it's multiline. Only if i force refresh from the plugin, label becomes one line! : Fixed

:( I still get "0 data updated" and then it keeps updating every hour (for no reason because everything was updated).

:( In moviedata.xml <Trailer> is always set to Yes, even when there isn't any. There is a weird error in MediaPortal when I try to play that. Check <MediaID>20</MediaID> for example.

:( <Director> is not parsed correctly. I get many more names than on web page and some HTML special characters (&nbsp, &amp). Seems like "scenarist", "snimatelj", "producent" and "montazer" fields that are under "redatelj" (director) on web page are put here, which is wrong. For example, look at <MediaID>7<MediaID> and this page.

:( Release dates are correct for most movies but sometimes in wrong format. It should be DD.MM.YYYY while they are in YYYY-MM-DD. For examples, check <MediaID>22</MediaID> or <MediaID>13</MediaID> or <MediaID>16</MediaID>.

:( I tried to play trailer of <MediaID>18</MediaID> but there was "Unable to play message" and after that wait cursor was forever spinning in the skin. Error in MediaPortal.log was:
    Code:
2010-10-13 18:42:08.022595 [ERROR][MPMain(1)]: VideoPlayer9: Exception while creating DShow graph URI formats are not supported. at System.IO.Path.NormalizePathFast(String path, Boolean fullCheck)

at System.IO.Directory.GetFiles(String path, String searchPattern, SearchOption searchOption)
       at MediaPortal.Player.VideoPlayerVMR9.GetInterfaces()

:D I would also like if you would consider this feature request: last viewed item.

Thank you so much for supporting this great plugin!

    Re: ShowTimes Plugin Suite V3

I also see a small issue with language string loading:

    2010-10-13 19:07:53.514115 [Info.][ShowTimes Grabber(7)]: Loading localised Strings - Path: C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Language\Showtimes Culture: Language: Prefix: False
    2010-10-13 19:07:53.515115 [Info.][ShowTimes Grabber(7)]: Loading strings file: strings_it.xml
    2010-10-13 19:07:53.515115 [Debug][ShowTimes Grabber(7)]: ExtendedChars = False, StringChars = 255
    2010-10-13 19:07:53.516115 [Info.][ShowTimes Grabber(7)]: Loading strings file: strings_en.xml
    2010-10-13 19:07:53.516115 [Debug][ShowTimes Grabber(7)]: ExtendedChars = False, StringChars = 255

I just fixed something similar in a recent SVN commit for MediaPortal ;)

    Thanks for a great plugin

The support for Swedish theathres have stopped working, would be great if you could fix it
