Hi,

I upgraded to MP 1.2.0 Beta today and also upgraded to the latest Showtimes plugin, So it moved from the Unsupported Plugin section to the sections where it used to be.

But running MP config to check the settings, it cant find any theatres in The Netherlands anymore.. It used to work with Netherlands and city Amsterdam. All other settings seems to be the same as before.

I allready rebooted my HTPC but that did not help.. So what is going wrong here?

EDIT: Tried with United Kingdom and London, and there I got about 100 theaters to choose from! So the plugin does work, but somehow it cant find the dutch theaters anymore.

- Added Coverflow Layout (for skinners)
- Added Default and DefaultWide skins

Is this the latest version how runs under 1.2.0 beta ? Why so small ? everything there is in it what I need?
What would be great, when you post the new versions in your first post, would have been more review.

Finally did a bit more testing.

Switched to Blue Wide skin - was using PureVisionHD and it worked.

Switched back to PureVisionHD and it still works - most odd.

Not perfect in PureVision - still picks up wrong backdrop for showtimes listing, and displays 'Refreshing Showtime' in dialogue box, but close - nice work Nephilim.

From my layman's perspective, Cineman might be better suited for your needs. They expanded to Germany as well btw.

I noticed today I can select "English" as a country, and then it works with city Amserdam and get the most Amsterdam cinema's.. It even works with my own city Heerhugowaard, which was not working with "Netherlands" in the earlier versions of Showtimes. So now I can see what is running in my own cinema, JT Bioscoop Heerhugowaard! Very good!

Hi Again.

Now I have Showtimes working again, I tried to play trailers, but that is only partly successfull.

Some trailers play fine
Some trailers only provide sound and no video (black screen)
Some trailers do not play at all, and then a MP error message comes up with the following text (translated from dutch):

Video play not possible: Arthur.mov

Video codec: AVC
Audio codec: AAC VERSION 4 LC

I have set Showtimes configuration to download the video's and only HD 1080
I have upgraded quicktime to the latest version, then restarted my HTPC.

Outside Mediaportal, when navigating to the trailer download folder, all trailers play fine, eather with Quicktime or Windows mediaplayer (no difference), like Arthur.mov is cristal clear with 5.1 audio, when started from windows explorer.

So what is going wrong here? Do I need an extra plugin to play all .mov files?

In MP1.1.3 I did not have this problem, I could play all trailers that were downloaded, from within MP without any issues.

PROBLEM SOLVED

After installing Haali Mediasplitter all trailers play fine!
(forgot to install good old Haali after a clean reinstall of windows 7 pro a few weeks ago...)
