Try disabling all the options and run the MTSA separately (double click it). Add them back one by one - that's what I did to find the error.
Might be worth removing it and reinstalling it too...

Hello!

I swear this is the 5th or 6th tentative to put your plugin working on my set.

I've tried all my imagination can but I don't find any working configuration.

First. During installation od ShowTimes Pluging Suite 3.2.2.1 I found no errors but wen I first try to configure the process pluging appears the following errors:

Unable to load config.xml
(in spanish) Error: No se ha podido entrontrar el archivo c:\config.xml (translated something like: Error: unable to find the file c:\config.xml

I press "OK" and appears

Unable to load locations.xml Error: No se puedo encontrar el archivo "C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MTSA\locations.xml"

I press "OK" and appears


No theatres found for (City or Postal Code)

I press "OK" and appears the configuration plugin. I left all settings untouched, go to Thearter locations and no Country is available. (to see any country I must restart MP config. (I restart it). No errors found this time opening the configuration of the ShowTimes process plugin. In "Theater Locations" Country list is not empty this time and choose Spain. In City I write "Palma de Mallorca"... No cities found for Palma de Mallorca (City or Postal code). Try postal code 07001... Nope
Try with Madrid... nope....Barcelona... NOpe... Bilbao.... nope. NO SPANISH CITY WORKS.

I've read previous post from a spanish guy with problems with one cinema in Llérida (a small town in Catalonia) he says he found some cinemas. I've tried also with Llérida or zip code without success!!.


Can you please help me??

Hi there

I have just updated to media portal 1.2 but on updating my showtimes plugin to 3.2.1 I receive the following error :

'Dependency check error! Install aborted! '

Could someone please tell me how to resolve this error? I am keen to update to MP1.2 but not at the expense of losing my showtimes plug in.
I know I can do a system restore and revert to mp1.1.3 but I would like to upgrade to 1.2 with showtimes plug in if poss?

Please use the file in the first post, that specific for MP 1.2.

The first site seems good but there is no way to search directly using the city name (or ZIP code). It may be possible using this format: "County{Provincia}/City{Ciutad}". Is acceptable for you?
