Shuttle m2000 XPC MCE remote not functioning (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I've got a Shuttle m2000 HTPC setup, mediaportal is running nicely, just the remote is causing me some grief.

It's a Shuttle branded MCE remote, which seems to work fine with MCE.

However in mediaportal, only the arrow/number buttons seem to work on the remote.
If I turn on "General HID" support, the stop/play/pause/ff/fw etc buttons then work (guessing because these are a duplicate of the media buttons on the wireless keyboard also), but still the teletext buttons and others do not function.

Just wondering what else I need to do to get the rest of the buttons to work.

I've tried playing with the mappings and various things, and restoring to defaults, however nothing seems to fix it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have also a Shuttle with MCE Remote and I had also some problems.

Maybe you can try this: Start notepad on your computer, and test your remote there. Normally you have to see the input in notepad.

In my case, the shift lock must be on for using the numbers on my remote.
