I get choppiness throughout HD movies unless they we rendered in a low resolution (and then what's the point?) No matter what codec I try it always tells me "DXVA not in use" in MPC, I can't find the damned menu in zoom player, and god only knows what the heck media portal is doing. Half the configs I try in MP I just get a bunch of green blocks. Hasn't anyone standardized this stuff yet? I'm about to give up.
