I have always had a problem since I started using media portal + TV Server (at versions 0.2.3 / 0.3), where my PC will come out of hibernation, I'll push a remote button to make the screen appear, and the "blue" skin will be there, without any text. I can still move around to where the options WOULD usually be, but none of the options like "TV" "music" "video" etc. will work (and as I said, there is no text to suggest which one I have selected).

The only way to fix it is to exit using the X in the top right, then re-load mediaportal.

This doesn't happen EVERY time I come out of hibernation, but maybe about 60% of the time.

It still happens with version 1.0, and the SVN I listed above.

Anyone else have this issue? I'm wondering if its just an issue with SQL not giving the skin the text to display or something... maybe just a setting I can change...

Hi

Are you using the MP config\general "restart MP after resume" setting.

I do remember something relating to this in the past, but cannot find it.

I was using that setting. I noticed it didn't actually seem to be doing the restart on resume, so I just switched that off a few minutes ago. I'll see if that makes a difference.
