If you want to use a path or something else containing a : as value in a define tag, the value is cut of at this char.
E.g. <define>#test:c:\Windows</define> gives #test = c The rest of the value ( :\Windows ) is ignored completely...
I don't think this is the expected behaviour so I believe this is a bug. Especially as there are no brackets or other chars one can use to capsule the value...
