• X-Mas preview added, contains the first public snapshot of Titanium skin! This build works with the MP2 Alpha 1 Autumn-Release. When you try it, remember that this version was adopted in only 3(!) days. It will work, but in places there is a lot more todo:
  • ListView and GridView styles are not adopted to new layout yet
  • For some screens like "Settings" you are required to use the (now hidden) main menu. Access it with right-mouse-click, from keyboard context menu key, from remote "info" key or by clicking the vertical "menu" button on left

Before discussing... Thumbs up for your work already. Once you have Titan ported as a MP1 clone we can take it up a notch to make use of all features of the MP2 skinenigine and kick some real serious skin-ass

Where should RSS and weather go? I really want homepage to be informative.

RSS could go into the lower blue bar (I think in Titan it is placed there).

The weather condition could be placed top right to the date time part.

One question: Wouldn't it look much cleaner without the cross for closing the dialog? Normally you use a media center with a remote and not with a mouse, so it would give it a much more cleaner look

I could show it only if mouse is used, so we can have both ways Btw, this is one major usability issue in MP1: if you really try to use it with a mouse only, you are lost quickly

Great job!! I like it that MP2 can be mouse friendly and clean for normal HTPC usage at the same time!
Thanks for implementing my suggestion, I feel quite happy now

Thanks for your efforts, I was lost with the mp2 skin and plugins with this kinda of example I should be able to pick it up pretty quickly.
Everyday I look forward to reading this thread, checking to see if it has been updated.
