skip buttons on MCE remote (1 Viewer)

as above. is there anyway to get the skip buttons on the MCE remote working?? i want to get em working so i can skip ad's ect on recorded tv. ffd rwd work fine but the skip buttons dont seem to work at all

If you use the left and right arrow buttons on the MCE remote, you can skip back and forth by vaying amounts. Each press of the arrow button will increment the amount, and the increments are defined (and can be modified to your preference) in MP configuration / General / Skip Steps.
