I have somehow changed the way you can fast forward and rewind and wish to change it back to the skip steps method of 15 seconds, 30 seconds and so on.
It is currently set to 2x, 4x, 8x with each press of the fast forward button.
I am not sure how I changed this but would love to go back to how it was, any help would be much appreciated
