Skipping through a video using the mouse (1 Viewer)

I'm fairly new to Mediaportal and would like to know if there is an easy way to skip through a video using a mouse? I know that you can use the arrow keys to skip through with a keyboard, but I also have a wireless mouse hooked up and would like an onscreen bar that does the same thing. Obviously there's a bar that tells you where you are in the video, but it cannot be used to skip. Does anyone have any ideas? Is this possible?

I don't think that's possible at the moment. Funny thing is that I've never thought to try it.

I guess the only way to do this is to move the mouse to the bottom of the screen to bring up the OSD and press the ffwd button, but this won't skip, just ffwd. (you have to be using vmr9 for this to work though which is no problem if you have a reasonably modern gfx card)
