Skystar HD2 stuttering (1 Viewer)

I have a problem watching TV with this card. There is a stuttering in every 10-20 seconds. I've tried with every codec combination but without success. This is my PC:
MB MSI P45 platinum
Core 2 Quad Q9400
Kingston 2x2 GB
Geforce 9600GT 512MB
Chieftec 500W
I've tested with DPC tool and the diagram is ok and it says " This machine should be able to handle real-time streaming of audio and/or video data without drop-outs."

Watching youtube full HD is perfect, also watching movies 1080p is not a problem, but live tv with skystar hd2 has a terrible stuttering. The signal is good. I've tried with every drivers. Now i'm back with the latest 1.3 drivers from the official site of Technisat. One guy in this forum has sold this problem with BIOS Option: Disable C1E Stepping
Enable Cool&Quiet, but i didn't find that in my bios. I've tried with F4 button in bios but nothing has opened.
Guys, please help. Every suggestion is welcomed.

Hi emco,

I have the same card and a low budget system and it works great.

The BIOS Option: Disable C1E Stepping & Enable Cool&Quiet are as far as I know from an AMD system you have an Intel so...
To get into the BIOS try other F-Buttons from F1-F12 or DEL (You'll find the right button in your mother board manual)

Try the following things to get rid of the stuttering.

1. If stuttering appears, press the left arrow on your keyboard and jump some seconds back (tell us if this helped)
2. Try a different HD codec (btw. which one is in use on your side?), I have the AVC codec for HD and the PDVD10 for SD stuff
3. Start MP in debug mode (use the debug short cut that comes with MP installer) and gather some logs for us.

I've tried every F buttons in bios, it didn't work. In advanced menu there is C1E support and its disabled but it doesn't make difference.
By the way I'm using Dvbviewer and in debug mode I cannot view the scramled HD channels because there is no plugin in the menu.
I'm using HDpack 2.2, CLVD Pack and FFDShow. I've tried with every codec. FFFDshow it seems stable but not enough. The stuttering still remains.
On dvbviewer when I press the left arrow it increases the volume as for the MP i didn't understand that.
Right now I'm testing the AVC codec and the HD picture became in 4:3 format and there are bunch of settings. For now I can say it still stutters.

Erm, I didn't get all.

Do you use DVBViewer or do you use MediaPortal to watch TV?

Then you probably should ask help from dvbviewer site. This forum is for mediaportal support.

Such a pity that media portal is not working with vPlug. I was about to try this software.
