Skywalker-2 appears on the device manager but no tuner card available on the Mediaportal 1 TV Server Configuration. Follow installation procedure, had to run the installation a second time to load TV Server Configuration.

System:
Acer Aspire C3810
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Service Pack 1

    Hello and welcome :)

Genpix tuners should definitely be detected/supported. TV Server may need to be restarted in order for the tuner to be detected. Easiest is to just reboot the PC. If that doesn't help, please provide your TV Server log files:
    1. Open TV Server Configuration.
    2. Click "open log directory" in the top left corner.
    3. Zip all the files in that directory.
    4. Attach ("upload a file") the zip file here.
    Regards,
    mm

Hmmmm, interesting. No sign of errors there.
You have installed the BDA/PBDA driver, right? (The old WDM driver is not compatible with MediaPortal.)

I think that's the problem. I haven't install the Bda/PBDA driver. Where can I download it?, will this update change anything inside my tuner card or is just a Windows driver? Thks

    Okay.

    Where can I download it?
As usual: from the vendor's website. :)

It's just a Windows driver which enables MediaPortal (and other "DVB"/"BDA"-compatible TV software) to use the tuner.

Update driver and tuner card is loaded.
What will be the setup for Legacy Lnbs in positions 1 and 2 with a diseqc switch. Also any reccomendation for editing the sat tps files?

    Great. :)

What will be the setup for Legacy Lnbs...
I'm not sure what you mean by "legacy LNBs", but if I had to guess I'd say that when you scan you should set the "band" setting to "NA Legacy" (which corresponds with an LNB with local oscillator frequency [LOF] 11250 MHz).

...in positions 1 and 2 with a diseqc switch.
Depends what kind of DiSEqC switch it is.
For mini-DiSEqC (2 port, AKA tone burst) you could try scanning with "DiSEqC" setting set to "SimpleA" and/or "SimpleB".
For DiSEqC 1.0 (4 port) you could try you could try scanning with "DiSEqC" setting set to one of the "Level1..." options.
DiSEqC 1.1 (16 port) switches are currently not supported.

Also any reccomendation for editing the sat tps files?
Editing them is not recommended. Most people just click "update satellite list" in the above-linked scanning section of TV Server Configuration.
If you're convinced that you must edit them (which would be highly unusual) then you can find the files in c:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters\dvbs. Windows usually hides c:\ProgramData, so I recommend you copy + paste that path into the address bar in Windows Explorer in order to get there. There's one transponder file per satellite. XML files can be opened and modified in any text editor (notepad, wordpad, notepad++, etc.). Just right click on the file, and select "edit" (or select your preferred editor through the "open with" menu... or open your editor and direct it to open the file you want to edit).
